These terms apply to LoxLivin, operated by Loxahatchee Candles, LLC, and to purchases made on www.loxlivin.com.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, a pricing error, an inventory issue, or abuse of the store. If we already captured payment, we will refund it.

Pricing and product details

We work to keep product descriptions, prices, and inventory accurate. Minor differences can happen because of lighting, monitor settings, handmade production, or carrier updates. If a product arrives in a way you do not expect, contact us and we will review it.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping timelines, rates, and carrier options are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers when the carrier accepts the package, unless consumer law says otherwise.

Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, damaged-item remedies, and refund timing are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Site use

Do not use the site to break the law, send spam, interfere with the store, or copy content without permission. We own the text, photos, and brand assets we publish unless we say otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, LoxLivin is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages that result from carrier delays, site outages, or product misuse.

We may update these terms when our store, products, or laws change. The version posted here is the version that applies.
